Section 1 Eligibility & Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use cx44's services. Failure to comply may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

Age Restriction

• You must be at least 18 years old to join cx44.
• Cx44 may request age verification documents at any time.
• Allowing minors to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Failure to verify your age will result in immediate account suspension.

Geographic Restrictions

Cx44 services are not available in all countries. Registration and gameplay may be restricted from certain countries or regions. Any account created from a restricted region will be voided.

Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Opening an account with false details may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds. Any changes to your information must be reported to cx44 immediately.

Section 2 Account Management

Your cx44 account is your sole responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Use a strong password and update it regularly to keep your account secure.

• You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify cx44 immediately.
• Selling or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months) may be subject to a balance maintenance fee.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC (account verification) is complete.

Section 3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cx44 are processed through secure, encrypted channels. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals at all times.

Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit is BDT 500 (may vary by payment method).
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited.
• Cx44 charges no fees for processing deposits.

Withdrawal Policy

• KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit (where applicable).

Cx44 bonuses and promotional offers are provided as exclusive benefits for members. Each offer carries its own terms and conditions, which must be followed.

General Bonus Rules

• This bonus applies only to new members on designated offers (where specified).
• Wagering requirements per bonus may range from 15x to 45x.
• A maximum bet limit applies while a bonus is active.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are for gameplay use only.

Wagering Contribution

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%. Casino table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) typically contribute 10%-20%. Each bonus offer includes a specific contribution list.

Section 5 Gaming Rules

All games on cx44 operate using certified RNG technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Bets on games cancelled due to technical errors will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection, game outcomes will be determined according to the rules stored on the server.
• Any use of cheating methods or automation tools will result in immediate account closure.
• If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, please contact cx44 customer support.
• Cx44's decision shall be final and binding in all disputes.

Grounds for Account Closure

• Registration with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspected illegal activity or money laundering.
• At the member's own request.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between cx44 and a member should first be directed to cx44 customer support for resolution. If the matter remains unresolved after 30 days, it will be referred to independent mediation. All disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of cx44's licensing authority.
